CallRecordAPI

The objective of this API is to make a call from A_PARTY to B_PARTY. Here
A_PARTY is the CRI and B_PARTY is the customer. First call will go to the
A_PARTY from iKonTel then once A_PARTY receives the call then the call will
go to the B_PARTY from iKonTel. When B_PARTY receives the call then iKonTel
